Education & Experience
Erik graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University in 1994 before earning his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. Since then, he has successfully represented clients in thousands of criminal defense matters ranging from misdemeanor DUI to serious felony cases, including drug conspiracies, weapons charges, and homicide.
Licensed to practice throughout Tennessee and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Erik is prepared to fight for clients in both state and federal court.
